not a bad price.. If you work on :
Case £25, Mobo £35, Proc £45, Mem £70, Keyb £10, Mouse £5, HDD £30, Multicardreader £5, DVDRW £20.. you're already at £245.... throw in the OS (+ about £20 for Win7 upgrade), and this is a hot deal.... oh, and this proc is good for overclocking on air.. assuming the mobo lets you...

this is good nice find.... HOT!!!
#3
Whats the difference between this and the other one thats £70 more ?
banned#4
Good find spectre. Looks a decent spec too, especially for under £200. I checked the Medion website. Their free W7 upgrade is €19.95.

which other 1 ?

Just put Medion in search box there is another , its £80 more, has W7 already but only 3gb ram and E5300

This one I think http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-1665.aspx

The more expensive one has W7 already installed, but 1 GB less memory. Differnt processor but they look pretty similar apart from that.

dam that was quick. oh well good for an hr at least :p

The other difference is the E5300 will support (VT) so you will be able to run xp compatibility mode that you wont with the E5200. Good price as I will stuggle to build a win7 system for less than £250.

yes why , 4gb of DDR2 about £40
#25
For folks who want to spend around 200 quid on a desktop with legit Windows OS then the eBay Argos clearance site always seem to have some 'refurb' Fujitsu Siemens Amilo systems at that price, see :-

http://tinyurl.com/yc5gby4

For example

Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 processor.
2.2GHz processor speed.
1MB cache.
2GB DDR2 RAM upgradeable to 4GB.

320GB SATA hard drive capacity.

Multiformat dual layer DVD RW optical drive.

nVidia nForce 630i graphics card.
Up to 256MB graphics memory.

Seems like a Reasonable deal to me with Vista Home Premium for200notes for non-gamers like me.

Only in his head I reckon as it seems to be about £50-60 at most places that I know of.

appologies i was being sarcastic. As per my my previous post i was going to build a system and spent £32 on 2gb of memory. £40 is very conservative for 4gb i know

in answer to previous posts.. I hadn't checked on memory prices.. I did a quick google search, but noticed now that's the rough price for a SODIMM:
Crucial 2 GB Memory - SO DIMM 200-pin - 800 MHz ( PC2-6400 ) - £19 new
so I doubled it... so.. for those being picky, make it £60-80 for the memory.. which made this even more of a bargain..
#31
comes with a HDMI output also...

If anyone knows im interested can a SPDIF (toslink type) output can be added by the MSI-7366 motherboard which is installed in this machine via a header to the MB...

Rep given to anyone who can help..

Cheers
