Seems a good price for the spec and reviews are excellent. Having looked around for a fairly basic laptop this has emerged as probably the best value out there at the moment. 2Gb Ram, 320Gb Hard Drive and x4 USB ports too!

No doubt there will be lots of good deals on Vista machines once Windows 7 is launched - but if you want one now this could be a good move.

Thanks for posting. I have added an image to your post.
This is a link, made by rayman, which explains how to add images in great detail. It’s worth taking a look at if you are going to post more deals in future : -

Kind regards

Be careful of buying a PC with Vista Home Basic.

There is no "Home Basic" in Windows 7 so not sure if there is any upgrade path (and you wont get a "free upgrade" to Windows 7 voucher with it either).

If possible pay a bit more and get Vista Home Premium.
Ahr... that good old well known make :o
Medion are fine. Bigger name on the continent admittedly, but they've been sold in Aldi for a while now (PCs and laptops) and their kit always sells out very quickly there as it's decent quality and good value.

Been out of the solar system on holiday?
Medion is good stuff, I have been using their computers for years and have never had any bother at all. The value for money and performance easily beats most of the competition
havent even heard of the make.... i wouldnt risk spending money on this...would rather pay a bit more and get an acer or toshiba

Seeing as it's weeks since the deal, you don't even have the choice if you had wanted it - what IS the point of restarting old threads that have been dormant for ages, there is enough junk to sift through on this site :-(
Argos are still selling it at £299.99, but if you want it even cheaper, then argos-clearencebargains on ebay are selling referbished units with 1 year guarantee for £244.99 plus £9.99 p&p. If I was in the market for a laptop, I would be tempted. Gets good reviews too.
