dual core, most phones are quad nowadays

Not a lot of games use all the cores though, so higher speed but less cores is sometimes better.

you can get loads of same spec laptops much cheaper elsewhere (ebuyer, dell.com, etc)

Agreed..look for the Dell Inspiron 15 deals on here...same spec usually around £160-170..most would say a better brand as well.

This is a pretty standard £200 laptop. It's likely to be slower than, say, a Linx 7 tablet because although it's CPU is about the same speed, its hard drive is slower. I'd consider this:

http://www.ebuyer.com/669147-hp-255-g3-quad-core-laptop-k7h92es-abu?utm_source=google&utm_medium=products&gclid=Cj0KEQiAzb-kBRDe49qh9s75m-wBEiQATOxgwXhlhAyxD0wsLCH3wb1JSjwOAbf8pU5suGZpFxJnrSEaApkg8P8HAQ

The CPU is twice as fast, and the build quality is more solid.

Also the Dells are worth considering, as mentioned above.

Overall, this probably isn't the laptop to buy.

You only have to go to the post above yours to find one.(_;)

But yes, all the latest generation i7's are dual core.
