I got the Argos email this morning but checked a couple of things and they were showing OOS for home delivery and instore.

That's the problem with Argos sales. They're advertised nationwide but your lucky if there's stock in more than one or two stores.

Just in case anyone is interested, I have a Medion laptop (not the one in this post) and I love it to bits! Don't believe all the doom-mongers who say any Medion lappy will die an agonising death two minutes after you buy it. It's just not true. And Vista? I think its ok. No problems whatsoever. You people should try CP/M and then you'll know about OS problems!!

You know what? I've reserved one, but I really don't need one, so if someone can get to the Harringay (London) branch (near Manor House Tube or Harringay Green Lane Rail) I have one reserved. PM me and I'll send you the number.
#36
I'm glad that there are none available in Central London. Just purchased a similar laptop with a 15.6 inch screen but with a slightly inferior graphics card for £375 and this would have tempted me.

I bet we'll soon find this model on a certain auction website for £499. :whistling:
