Picked up a leaflet today at my local Aldi and thought it a good deal:

Not a bad deal,until i read that the monitor is sold seperately!! and anyway i dont think there are many school go'ers who could make use of a quad core cpu! i think i would be hard pressed to find software that could use all four cores to their full capacity

I regularly encode video files which use all 4 cores of my machine up to the hilt! Tha'ts not exactly rocket science :whistling:

I posted this deal as I have been looking for a new pc myself and this seemed perfect as I do like editing photos and videos and my current pc just isn't powerful enough! I wish the deal included the monitor but still I think it is a great spec pc at a very good price!

[COLOR=#c02e13][COLOR=Black]I would say that there is other stuff available around this price - eg this Dell Inspiron 546 Quad core for £449 (20 quid more) with more RAM more HD space and a separate graphics card (admittedly the Medion isn't fully described)
