This is more of a question than a recommendation, I'm looking for a good business type PC, don't need games or anything but need a few high drain apps open at once, thought this looked ok, but would appreciate comments.

for about the same or less you can get a barebones system from eg barebones which is new and a much much better spec - start at about £130 (just add hard disk (say £35 for a 500gb one), os (say £40 if have kids), optical drive (say £15), keyboard/mouse (say £10 to £20 for a cheapo one)

seems ok for me but for lots of high use programs i would look for something with an X4 processor such as the i5 just for thhat added sense of security, you could probably get a decent custom one built for somewhere around that price
not only that surely a new one WITH a monitor from argos is better @ just £25 more!!

I think if you are going to use a PC for business then you should try and buy from someone who will offer you good after sales service and advice should you need it at a later date. . some of todays postings offer Good PC's at a good price with good after sales services and warranties

But its got half the memory, smaller HDD and a poorer CPU and graphics. Don't fear the refurb, I've had 3 over the years and they've all been fine, looked brand new.

Argos outlet have another Medion Core i3 PC refurb with a 20" monitor for the same price as this deal and that does seem good value.
