I know they get reduced every year or are a 2 for 1 deal, but Tescos had all medium sized Easter Eggs reduced from £2 to £1 at my local one tonight.

Fine. You wait till the week before Easter........ And when you're standing at the counter of your local petrol station with an armful of Ben 10 "chocolate flavour" eggs for £2.99 each, I'll be stood right behind you laughing my flippin' head off.

Damn. Will be in tesco tomorrow. I have a long standing 'first time i see an easter egg i buy' policy. Do it every year. Creme eggs and mini eggs don't count. This does. i will see them. I will have to buy....

(I make it sound like such a bad thing!!!) ;-) )

how the hell do you justify this as a cold deal? Can you find them cheaper anywhere else? If you can, fair enough, it is cold, but simply cus easter is a few months away is no reason to vote cold.
We sure got some idiots on here...

nooooooooo i fall for this every year and buy everyones easter eggs early to avoid the panic then slowly eat them all (with a little help from my husbnd!!!) and then have to replace them, repeat stage 1 and 2 over and over and you see the problem ha ha ha

same I end up eating them and then rebuy them. I just accept it now and buy them for myself as if its normal chocolate since it is just normal chocolate with a free chocolate shaped egg.

perhaps you could start an internet campaign like what they did with the x-factor. buy tins of marrowfat peas instead of easter eggs....that sort of thing.

Where the hell sells out of easter eggs a week before easter? You from the isle of man or something?

EVERY supermarket near me still has 100's left on the shelves AFTER easter, so theres certainly no reason to 'worry' about not getting any a week before easter!!!
