this was available at Toys R us over xmas for £14.99, might be worth checking a local store , might just be lucky and find one in stock.. These were £49.99 when they first came out, but they never really took off , hence the big price knock down.

Reckon he might be just a bit too old.... I have an 8 year old and he loves doing stuff like this but by 12 I reckon he will have grown out of it :thumbsup:

I bought one of these for my sons birthday when they were £20. Well worth the money, he loves it (aged 4). Bit complicated when you first get it out of the box but the instructions are pretty easy to follow. It takes 4x C size batteries. I use a AA -> C converter that I bought from deal extreme and it runs fine with those.
