  Just checked London to Birmingham, coach is indeed £5 but the train is £7 so looks to be coach only.

  Good bargains to be had there most of the time even without a promo BUT why oh why is their website so HOSTILE to anyone wanting to see what they DO offer - eg map is either too big or too small to be helpful; you can't see which routes ARE train based (in that I'm happy to go by train but NOT by bus/coach).

  So a far cry from the chauffeur driven limo that you are use to then.
  
  How wonderful of you to take time to broaden your limited experience of life by finding out how us peasants normally get around and no doubt you were gracious enough to get your servant to throw a few groats into the bus to help the travellers along the way. I tug my forelock at you.
  
  You may have read above that on some journeys we are fortunate, at no extra cost, to have our souls saved by someone expressing their religious beliefs, although it has to said that this isn't always welcomed by some and I should like to thank the poster for their thoughtful act of containing the preacher in their seat thus saving the rest from having to listen to that person's teachings.
