Saw this is one of the reduction booklets that Argos often do. Didn't think it was that bad of a price. Unfortunately not got any near me to reserve and collect but there's other stores with them in and you can also get them delivered if you really wanted. Not a bad price for 25 blank cd's if you can resrve them at your local store.

Product Code: 6750550

Recordable CDs, ideal for data, pictures, music and more.

Suitable for all computer CD recorders.

Store up to 700Mb of data or 80 mins of audio.

Thanks for the pointer :)

Maxell make reliable DVD media but I've not tried their CD-R's as yet.

Thats ok then because these are Memorex, and yes they are ok discs never had any problems when i have used them! Ok for anybody needing discs at short notice but not an exceptional price, thanks though m8!

Thanks for the correction and feedback ;-)

I've used Memorex in the past and yeah :) They were fine for CD-R's.

thought it was a pretty good price as you dont have to factor in delivery prices if you can collect them from your local store. not too shoddy imo anyway

It is a pretty good price, i guess i'm just spoilt by the fact i get discouynts off my local market trader who sells decent discs as i'm a regular on his stall - kind of mates rates, but there are times midweek when the markets not there and ive suddenly found myself short of discs, and at this price i'd feel pretty good about paying that for 25,

lol, mates rate. i wish i had one of those

Some are available in some tescos stores 5 for 10p. They're in the range that used to be £1 recently reduced to 10p. Got myself 18 packs (£1.80 for 90 CD-R's).

i think i was reading somewhere that someone was complaining about tesco's media, but i think it was for dvd's. but yep you're right 10p for 5 it's gotta be worth a punt. but if you're wanting a branded make etc etc 25 for £3.49 tis a very good alternative to the ones you've metioned.

I know these are cd-r, but i've been using a memorex cd-rw for many years now, over and over - still as good as new! - I'm sure these will be no different!

Memorex CDRs & Tesco own brand CDRs are incomparable.
