Prices have gone up...........£102 for the white face.... but it's CHEAPER at Argos.........

RRP is laughable..... they're reasonable at circa £90-95 but not worth any more than that.

Am I missing something, the 'cheaper' comparisons others have posted are not kinetic, they appear to be cheaper models?

You're not missing anything, you are quite right. People who know little about watches are maybe comparing the Seiko Kinetics listed in the OP with quartz powered watches which will obviously be cheaper. Having said that, I haven't checked that some of the chronos listed are kinetics or not.

No seller offers more than 12 months guarentee. It is the manufacturer that offers 2,3,5 etc and only then the movement is covered. Not the strap, buttons or glass...

Wrong... depends entirely on the watch and the movement. Seiko is a decent brand and actually engineered exceptionally well. Seiko movements are some of the most reliable in the world (albeit not the prettiest). Automatics are definitely worth more than your 'reasonable' pricing.

Seiko usually are japanese movements rather than chinese.

Found my seiko quartz very accurate only bettered by gshock atomic synced

Creation are cheap but after sale service is appalling. They will blame the customer for defective items and even suggest that the customer has substituted bad for good etc. Providing you receive a good item (which is usual) all is well but good luck with returns!
