Yes, but Tesco's don't use 4 year old children on 6p per hour to make them ;-)
#9
I wish it was the 80s last time I wore a jumper :)

#11
If its that cheap and cashmere i can pretty much guarantee its actually about 70% rabbit fur.

How despicable of you to use something like that as an advertising gimmick when both companies are guilty of the same thing.

bet it was a waffle jumper (burgandy), over the top of your 'frankie says relax' t-shirt, worn with black farah's

Children have nimble fingers and get the material nice and tight though. Good fit.

Also is Casmeme the same as Cashmere?

Yes but they use shiny 5 pences so they think they are worth more : )
#17
"if it's cheap - it's made by slave labour" applies no matter who the retailer is
#18
if you get paid, you're not a slave.

Shekz0r and Devild - Not amusing whatsoever - I should think the mods would remove these two despicable posts.

TinoP - That is a failed attempt at being witty - just don't bother next time you try and be funny because it IS NOT funny.

if you get paid, you're not a slave.

Tesco executives who are paid huge amounts are slaves to money. They will obey whatever the master wants for profit and bonuses. The master may be shareholders.
#21
can you get them online, is there a direct link to online, i cannot see them
#22
Here we go again....

This is a deals forum - and low prices means the supplier will always be squeezed. We are all funding this system due to the desire for low price (otherwise known as the Primark effect LOL) and I will not be made to feel guilty, thanks

Whats better - working for minimum wage in a 3rd world country, getting a limited education and some healthcare or starving, having to beg or turn to prostitution?

Only in selected stores. Tescos do not sell clothing online anymore...

Its only a joke...I think a deal about cheap cashmere is being taken a bit seriously!!! If you dont want a cheap jumper dont shop at Tesco's - but if you think all the other 'high end' companies are doing it differently youre naive, I'm afraid

Actually it was, you're clearly just a miserable sod

Pretty much all clothing companies exploit workers, it's a fact of life, and whinging and being all eco-warrior about it isn't going to do squat.
The sad facts are that many of these kids would undoubtedly be much worse off if they didn't have their 'slave labour' jobs.
Plus if they got paid a proper wage and they'd just blow it all on coke and crystal meth anyway

Had a look at these jumpers at Christmas time when they were full price, but they were far too 'grandad-ified'.

Agreed. They're not 'fitted' well enough for my liking, better paying a bit more to a clothes shop. Supid foreign kids, cant even make a jumper right, sack them all.

If you understood my post clearly, you we be able to see that I wasn't arguing if there is child labour or not, simply their inappropriate comments that they made. This is a website where the sort of comments that Shekz0r, Devild and TinoP made should not be; that is what I was arguing.

You should leave HUKD and go find a greenpeace site or something, i'm sure someone there will agree with your thoughts. We like to laugh here. Doesn't hurt anyone.

Seems to get some people wound up though.:whistling:
