Great price.

How would you find these outlets?

When I click on store locations I get JJB, the official club shop among others (I can't see the club flogging their tops at that price!).

Is this deal specific to the south only?

Boumsong at £8 million and Bramble at £5 million were surely better value? For opposing strikers anyway! ;-)

Talking of JJB, I went into the Carlisle store last week purely because there was "closing down sale" posters covering all the windows, and the current purple Toon away top was £50 reduced from £60 :?

yeah makes a good point these shirts with PREMIERSHIP written on them will be out of date at the end of the season when they get relegated because the club is being run by muppets keegan must be splitting his sides watching them.
#19
Do they do footie shirts as well?
suspended#20
£5 robbery. Just wait a month and you'll be able to pick these up free as the discontents gather on St James Park for the annual manager bashing festival. Jerseys , hats, scarfs and season tickets will all be readily available around the foyer of St James Park

... the kit will be changing at the end of the season anyway... thats why they're discounted... tool.

replaced by Wolves, Brum, Cardiff, Swansea, Burnley, Preston or hopefully my team Reading

I can back up the OP, I went there recently and they have loads of Newcastle shirts and other things like padded jackets etc. However, they mostly have Chelsea stuff at the same price (£5 for football shirts etc).

Just to note, it is an ADIDAS store, not a JJB or anything - and it's in Stockport, about 5 miles from Manchester. I think it's definitely worth someone's time and effort to drive down from Newcastle and buy up all the stock, and then flog it in Newcastle, or the same but with Chelsea stuff - if only I could be bothered...

:santa::santa: he`s got it right he plays in red & white
#32
Far be it from me to agree with a Mackem, of course, but the loo roll and zebra camouflage comments sound about right... ;-)

Thank you to all you supporters of lesser clubs for your continued interest in Newcastle United.
Your own teams must be so boring that you spend so much time talking about Newcastle instead of your own pitifull mobs.lol
#34
The comments (attempted jokes) from the Mackams / Smoggys are mildly amusing...

.. just remind me again where you are again in the Premiership in relation to Newcastle?

What's that? 15th and 18th place respectively.

I think you should get your own house in order before taking a pop at other clubs.

Up the Toon :p

I fail to see how previous season performances are relevant given your current position?

you certainly won't be quoting stats when sat in the Championship and Newcastle survive the drop :whistling:
#38
Okay, we'll stick to this season, then.

You're bragging about your current position and ridiculing those of Boro and Sunderland when you've got 2 points more than MFC and have exactly the same points and goal diff as SAFC?
Aye, you're in a lofty position and are virtually guaranteed safety whilst our relegation is almost a foregone conclusion...

No, on the contrary - Boro will finish above Newcastle. Yet again.

Boro and Newcastle are both having really bad seasons. But ours is a blip and yours is systemic of the club's complete collapse:
All of the senior coaching and management have jumped ship, and the players all want out. The chairman's sweating like a Geordie in a maths quiz because he is detested by the fans; so he's desperate to offload the club - though he seems to be under some delusion that it's worth something so is holding out for someone to make a "megabucks" offer that might turn him a profit.

Would you say that sums the current season up fairly well?
#39
I have never understood how 50000+ per home game has never seen a decent investment on the pitch. The fans must wonder where the money actually goes. At least Boro with half the support has a chairman that invests and doesn't pocket. In reality a European cup final, silverware and Premiership football must be a dream for Newcastle fans. And now Owen looks like he's off with Given....oh dear.
