Definitely NOT as good as the sports brands, but VERY good for the money! Heat added!

got some last week, really nice

Got a couple or pairs a few weeks ago. Not that great tbh but for 75p a pair you cant really complain.

Are they paying some poor child 3p a day to make these?

Doubt it, but if so I'm sure that child would rather have the 3p than no 3p if we stop buying their goods! No social security in the 3rd world. Big Companies like Primark have to take care over ethical sourcing (market suppliers probably don't). Don't be naive, 3rd world countries will improve by working towards it, just as UK did 150+ years ago. My daughter is living and helping in Cambodia (dirt poor). Kids have to pay to go to school there and work = money (not much) = school (v cheap) = way out of poverty for them or next generation. Probably happier people than we are too! Your concerns are valid but probably not appropriate on this site.

Voted Hot - although I take issue with your remark "as good as the thinsulate". Fleece gloves do not protect you in really cold conditions the way Thinsulate can.

I lived in the USA (Pennsylvania and Delaware) for six years and experienced what a PROPER winter can be like. In 2003/4 the sea froze over in Delaware and the temperature never rose above minus 15C for 5 weeks.I discovered the heat retaining qualities of Thinsulate in those days and have bought Thinsulate ever since.

Got one, very good! Not freezing while driving now. Nice deal. H&R added.
