+1, if it's cheap and you use it once, it's well worth £12.50!
#8
cheap fancy dress suit, and could be used for other things. heat added.
#9
Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr is or me or has nobody noticed that there is no mention of trousers or do you just wear the jacket and your boxer shorts lol
#10
If it's anything like the one I bought there a couple of years ago, it is certainly reasonable looking and nobody would know you got it from Asda, but it is pretty warm, damp and uncomfortable wearing a polyester suit all night.

I bought one of these for the full price of £35 because I needed it desparately. I was so surprised at the quality I felt like I had robbed Asda and I own several Ted Bakers and a Brioni. At that price it's a complete steal!

Working in a mens retail shop I can tell you that these are poor quality and won't stand up to that many wears.
Having said that, what an amazing price, you aren't getting what you paid for with this, you're getting a lot more, can't believe they can make any money on these it's that cheap. Even though you'll likely only get 6-10 good wears out of this, that's anywhere from 2-10 years with how often you'll need to wear a tux.
Shame they seem to have very limited stock left.

Through it is very cheap ,I always worried about it's quality.
#18
It's really cheap and there are really not so much you can expect for the quality. However, who will wear a tux everyday? So there is nothing to worry about.
#19
Too late for me. My son's 34" trouser size isn't available now. This would have done him nicely for formal events at Uni. Great deal. :)
#20
:DLooks good to me you would need to wear a tux alot to warrent paying more, most people just wear once or twice so hot for me
#21
Hot price and hot polyester trousers!

Serves a purpose after all how many times do the majority of the population where a tux

Worrying that they can apparently make a suit like this and sell it at that price and presumably not be losing money on it - slave labour anyone?
#22
Don't mean to sound 'holier than thou', but has anyone given a moment's thought to the slave labour that allows these suits to be made in the third world and sold at such a ridiculously low price in the west?

PS. P.E clearly has - only noticed that after I submitted my comment!

The voices in your head, maybe? Remember what your mother told you about not having anything good to say? Pah..

Anyway, I had a look at one of these when they were £35, and to be honest, it was well worth that price, they just didn't have my size at the time.. £12.50 is a bargain, and it's not appallingly bad quality. Hot!

New Years party, fancy dress James Bond theme, student black tie do, older kids needing a tux

Need any more for your £12.50?
#30
Good for a night out where beer and possibly bodily fluids may come into contact with clothing.
#31
I'm going to look great washing my car in this thing

Not really. This site is called Hot UK Deals and is concerned purely with whether or not an item is sold at a decent price - how the manufacturers are able to sell at such a price is irrelevant. There are plenty of other sites if you want to do a spot of right-on moralising!

I don't see any mention of boxer shorts.

No man who would consider paying £12.50 for a tux (or any suit for that matter) would ever need to wear one.

A rather pointless deal, non?

Yes because everyone always wears the price tag on their clothes when they go out, don't they?

You've not seen many tuxedos have you.

The material is one thing, the fit is something entirely different.
