This will be a real marmite offer I think, as it's a lease and not a amg!!!!

I've read that the manual on this isn't great.

In what way? Badly printed or just too many stupid diagrams?

Can't see it being marmite it's a good deal. If you want to pretend you are rich this is probably the cheapest way of doing it.

"We have 5 C200 Bluetec SE's in stock for delivery in Septmebr in the new 66 plate, White and Black only. Must be delivered in September."

So only FIVE cars available.
be quick!

And why is "not a AMG" a good thing?

Think OP means a marmite deal as its not an AMG. Some want AMGs, some don't.

You could also pass for an averagely successful widget sales person in one. ;)

They are on all Mercs, not really bad so much just that the automatic is where its at the manual is a bog standard clutch and box. 3 Pedal Mercs have never been popular save perhaps in the older A classes where it meant "cheaper".

I don't think anyone will be fooled into thinking you're rich if you drive a C200!!

surely you don't need a manual to drive this thing?! I'm sure it wouldn't be that much more complicated than other cars!

Does it include insurance and servicing?

Good deal but anyone got any experience with the company ? Are they the type of people to rinse you for "damage" when you return the vehicle etc ? Website not on trustpilot and the office looks like the type of place you would expect to see Matt Allwright hanging around.... X)
#24
i have one of these and must admit not impressed, se version and dont even have rear bumper sensors! i would recommemd if you go for merc look at the amg sline spec as a minimum.

It's a bargain for what it is but I would not get a manual or a 200 engine personally. Great find. Anyone find a great deal on a e220d amg auto?

Love the gearbox banter. Off course mercs are renowned for autos but that doesn't automatically mean they are necessarily amazing auto boxes the current gen still seems to lag behind stuff like the ZF 8 speed used elsewhere.

The C class manual box is likely just fine (better than the auto even, according to honest john). However for this current C class at least I can say that an auto is the more enjoyable option in higher trim levels than se. The 220d was a lovely car with real life mpg of up to 55mpg if you don't go above 70 on the motorway. And a general average of around 40mpg with mixed driving. Hopefully in this model it should get even higher.

You will more than likely be dealing with mercedes finance direct , so no they would rinse you for damage. I had no problems when a c class coupe went back to mercedes earlier in the year

Same money would buy a mint low-mileage 190E from the early 90s. May not have all the toys but then again it's not going to depreciate.
#39
only 10,000 miles annualy which is under average
