is this too small for 'adult food' I cant really think how much a 300ml capacity is.

By adult food I mean - perhaps making some dough or chopping things..

(Actually cant remember what you use a food processor for) anyone with one can give any opinions as to the size of this?

yes you can use for adult food all you do is add a little at a time i do and it works fine it does a great job and its compact to very quick and easy to use

food processor are great you cn use them for shredding blending chopping or slicing any food:)

A Standard can of coke is 330ml so you are looking at just under a cans worth. Of course, I wouldn't recommend emptying a can of coke into it, well not unless you are going to post it on YouTube.:whistling:
