If i purchase this then plug into my PC can i then pair my PC to my bluetooth speakers and use windows media player to stream music to the speakers using the dongle.?
If so then this will get heat from me..

The speakers I have are the 4gear ones below.

nice find, but one of the reviews tell a problem about the installation of drivers for XP

but i think that still the one quoted here is better because of the low quality material from dealextreme according to my experience

Good stuff. Was looking for replacement adaptor for my Eee PC. Had my eye on this one somewhere else, but it was twice the price. Voted hot.

Will this pair with my A2DP speakers http://www.advancedmp3players.co.uk/shop/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=samsin+sbs+6600&osCsid=l70ie54choa30s2752u37pcdm4&x=32&y=10#guide_result as my samsung sgh f700v has A2DP but will not pair with speakers, also if the connectivity range is 10metres on the dongle and my speakers range is 10m how well would this dongle perform from my pc to the speakers at full distance range. Anyone:?
#24
Is this not the same as this one for +/- £3 ??:

It should pair with your speakers no problem; with this type of Bluetooth it may work 20meters away. Problems occur when you have walls in-between the 2 devices as this will cut down the distance. If I remember rightly Bluetooth devices are classed as 10 or 100 meters this being the minimum distance they should work

No mention of A2DP support even on there own website:? Which could mean absolutely nothing? Don’t forget 20m in open space with no obstacles

Cheers Geemac, have you and anyone else any ideas why my A2DP speakers and my Samsung sgh f700v which also has a2dp will not pair as i have followed all instructions. think i will have to contact the relvant companies.

I've been using BT audio for the past couple of years (intermittently) with Skype and various VOIP applications via mobile phone headsets.

I've found all to be below average to average sound quality at best.

The sound quality from a pair of cheap wired headphones is far superior.

The only reason I use BT is for convenience if I need to walk around or I'm away from the PC while chatting - other than that factor wired wins in every way.

Is there a huge increase in audio quality between using a BT headset/mic and dedicated BT speakers?

This is a silly question:oops: have you successfully paired the phone or speakers with other devices. Also did the phone find the speakers but fail to pair

Yes, i have a pair of motorola s9 headphones which work great with my Samsung SGH-F700v and i have a 3.5mm jack style bluetooth transmitter which pairs well with my Samsin SBS-6600 Bluetooth Speakers, but the bluetooth transmitter does not work very well at transmitting to my speakers more than a few metres away and breaks up quite a bit.
Sorry the Samsung SGH-F700v does find the Samsin SBS-6600 Bluetooth Speakers but as you said will not pair!

Sorry again with a silly question, when you tried to pair the two did you have to enter a pass-code. Also do you have any other wireless devices i.e. routers, wireless security equipment, Digi senders running @ the same time. It’s not likely but there could be interference from something

Nice find, but I'd lose this in my pocket the first time I put there ............. its tiny :)

Can't you just leave it plugged in as it's so small?
