Microsoft Arc Touch mouse £42.99 @ Dixons

Just spotted this on the dixons homepage. It's a wireless mouse that folds into a funky shape and has a capacitive touch sensor for scrolling.

Looks seriously cool. Microsoft claim the RRP is £69.99, so this is some way cheaper than that.

Product blurb:

Add a touch of style to your home or office desk with the Microsoft Arc Touch Wireless Mouse! This sleek and sexy black mouse is equipped with Microsoft's BlueTrack technology that combines the power of optical and the precision of laser tracking technology to give you an extremely responsive mouse!

The Microsoft Arc Touch Wireless Mouse is switched on by simply curving it. When you switch off your computer, just flatten the mouse to switch if off and save energy - and make it extremely easy to pack. The optimised scroll button also adapts to the slightest touch, and makes scrolling quicker and better. A 30ft wireless range gives you the flexibility to work without obstacles.

If you are looking for an innovative and functional mouse, the Microsoft Arc Touch Wireless Mouse is just the one for you!

gimmick - only advantage over a normal mouse is it folds?
capacitive scrolling surely cant be as good as logitechs free spinning wheels.no back no ergonomics etc
good price i guess.

Sorry got it wrong it was the scrolling wheel one
still a good price for it though ......sure it was advertised on HKUD at £19.99 at the time
I like it but as i said it's pretty quick on the battery life.
#12
yeah it was
it was on at £19.89 at the time ....now up to £25 odds

Only good if you need a mobile mouse, permanent use would be painful unless you have small hands, that's from experience using this mouse.
