Yes you would need an additional adaptor but I think it's mainly aimed at laptop and notebook users, as a lot of those machines have bluetooth built in, plus it is quite small.

I was looking at getting one to use with my NC10 but I don't use it often enough.

As above, no bluetooth adapter is supplied & they are VERY small (great for children).

If you don't have/need bluetooth, the standard wireless 3000 is £11.99 at Amazon although that doesn't have the side thumb button.

I have this, its a great notebook mouse even for the £30 I paid....at £18 its a steal! Takes 2 AAA batteries (2 included). I don't have the smallest hands and find it very easy and comfortable to use. I just wish there was a rechargable version with a lithium-ion battery

Now you have posted that I'm tempted again!

It's probably OEM, meaning no retail box, no software & possibly no neoprene pouch that the retail versions ship with.

These are cracking mice, got one myself and sold a few on here a while ago. Everyone seemed to be happy and I love mine!
#8
It will probably be an OEM product "Ref X807028-002 (Bulk Packed)". Doesn't matter though as excellent price :)

Whats the Battery Life like on these?? and thanks for your aditional information above, very tempted myself now

Which is better, this or the VX nano (that i'm loving at the moment) - I have bluetooth and as small as the logitech dongle is, it still catches my laptop bag when I'm sliding the laptop in.

There is a power switch on the underside so you can switch off when inactive. I've had it around 6 months and had to change batteries after around 3/4 months. However, I use this at work every day for 9 hours, so I'd say the battery life is pretty good (currently using cheapo tesco branded batteries too!)

I bought one and it's very well made, don't use it very often as I'm not on the road much, and so having an off switch on the bottom is vital for me!

Ordered... awesome, was looking for another bluetooth mouse since I lost my dell one that I got for £13 a few months ago. Also, I have the bluetooth 5000 keyboard, so this should match it well!

I got one of these to use with my NC10 and I love it. It is better than the VX nano because it has five buttons plus a scroll wheel - the 'back' button under your thumb soon becomes essential. Battery life is superb - it has an on/off switch but even if you forget that, it has very smart routines for saving power when not in use. Far superior to mice with dongles because, natch, you don't need a dongle as long as your machine has Bluetooth. I bought three for my siblings as Xmas presents.

The one I got was from Dell for about £13, amazingly, following a HUKD tipoff. That came with a neat neoprene case. These don't, apparently, but they're still great value... Dell currently have them at £26 not including delivery.

You don't need manuals, drivers, or any of that toot. As long as you have Bluetooth, you just pair it up and away you go.

I have one of these to go with my Mini 9 (that has built-in bluetooth).

A fantastic little mouse, and highly recommended by me!

i have this mouse and it works great in windows 7 and connects to my (DV7) laptop with no need for extra software. The battery life is great, 2 AAAs last for months and it works up to about 10 feet away so it's ideal if you connect your laptop to your HDTV. Highly recommended product!

That's a pity, I ended up ordering it but all I've had so far is the order confirmation email. The order is showing as processed in my account but the dispatch date is showing as 0000-00-00! :?

Cheapest I can find it now is £22.57 from Amazon -
