From what I can see this is MS Office 2007 Student edition (Word, Excel and powerpoint) single user licence only and a 3 user licence of Norton Internet Security. When I first read it I thought it was a 3 user licence of both.
#3
MS Office Home and Student is a 3 user license
#4
Can't see where its 3 user license for MS Office package?

NIS 2010 is excellent, AVG Free has come out poor in practical testing.

Eset has its supporters as well! AVG results actually could fit the graph!

wouldn't use norton, uses up too many system resources.

Guy above is right, office is only for one install.

And you can get the 2010 beta free right now!
So voted cold.

You're thinking of previous versions, Norton 360 3.0 is highly rated:
Techradar (4/5): http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/software/utilities/anti-malware-software/symantec-norton-360-3-0-589434/review
ComputerShopper (8.8/10): http://computershopper.com/software/reviews/norton-360-3.0
CNET (5/5): http://download.cnet.com/Norton-360/3000-8022_4-10651162.html
PCPro (5/6): http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/software/251967/norton-360-version-3

Oh, I have it installed myself and think it is great.

cold as its office 2007, not 2010

Good luck buying Office 2010 - it hasn't been released yet (beyond a public beta).

This is the home and student version of Office 2007, can be installed on 3 PCs in one household. Not a bad deal if you specifically want Norton. As stated this version of Norton is a good, lean product

If you don't need three licenses of Office (and have a student/schoolchild in the house) have a look at Software4Sudents.co.uk

http://www.software4students.co.uk/Microsoft_Office_Standard_2007-details.aspx

£38.99 and youo can install on one main PC and a laptop.

You can buy MS Office 2007 Home and Student for £60 on Amazon.

And it IS for installation on 3 PCs (legally in the same household)

norton still uses substantially more resources than other anti-viruses. if used on a pc which has a dual core 2 or lower then it is REALLY noticeable at slowing system

To clear this up for this last post Norton 360 has 3 licenses. Office has 1 license.

Sorry but you are incorrect on both counts. Norton 2009 onwards is a complete rewrite of the old program and is very efficient. Look up any online review and you will see this is the case. For example:

http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/software/351781/norton-internet-security-2010

I don't use it on principal out of all the grief they (Norton) have given me in the past, but I have installed it for other people and it is a very good, efficient, low resource product.

On the Office question, you absolutely CAN install it on 3 PCs in one household so from this point of view it dovetails nicely with the bundled Norton IF you want Norton. See here:

Can I install Office Home and Student 2007 on more than one device?
Yes, if you have purchased a retail license of Office Home and Student 2007. The retail license terms permit installation and use of Office Home and Student 2007 on three devices. For more information about determining what type of license you have purchased and to obtain an overview of your licensing agreement, visit the Microsoft Software License Terms (MSLT) for the 2007 Microsoft Office system.

norton 360 isnt an antivirus its a full internet protection suite unlike the free AVG, Avira etc.
it doesnt use much system resources and you're obviously not a user of 360 or norton 2010 otherwise you wouldnt make comments like this.

Norton rebuilt their products and they are designed to work on single, dual and quad core systems without much impact on the speed. its generally all the other tat that runs alongside it, adobe, powerdvd monitor, ctfmon, peoples phone software etc that impacts a system more.

I have Norton 360 3.5 on my machine and it is a world of difference from their previous products; very non-intrusive too and a slick interface - a complete turnaround from their previous packages.
