it's a lot of money to spend on a keyboard and mouse combo that doesn't get the best of reviews.http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000UTL7QM/ref=cm_rdp_product

Hi
Thanks for posting. And welcome to HUKD.
It is good practice to also add the merchant and price to the title. It helps people who are just browsing through. And in my experience your post will get a few more “hot” votes. I've also added the product description.
Emmajk42 wrote a couple of very comprehensive and excellent guides for newcomers to HUKD here: - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/145906/newcomers-advice-on-hotukdeals-gene/

They are well worth taking a look at.
This is a link, made by rayman, which explains how to add images in great detail. It’s worth taking a look at if you are going to post more deals in future : - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/339941/how-to-post-and-host-images-for-thr/
Again, thanks for posting, and welcome to HUKD.

PS Very good price and hot from me

Good price, compared to it's normal selling price.

It looks more like a design prototype than a retail product.

Loads of reviews and videos at Test Freak.

Exactly, cheapest price available in the UK. Voted hot.

I agree its a good price, although I got mine for about £75 from Amazon last year.
However, I have to say I am really disappointed with it. I nearly sent it back shortly after I got it.
The range it can work at - in the case of mine is about 3 feet which I have to say is pathetic. I cant get it to work at any distance greater than that, which is pretty useless as it was for my media center. Sitting 3 foot away from a 50" screen just doesnt do it for me. I now have this as my desktop keyboard/mouse combo and use an RF setup for the media center.
On the plus side - I like the laptop style keys on the keyboard, but on the down side I personally think the mouse is rubbish, so I have gone back to using my G7 logitech mouse which is great.

In short a good price but I have to say a very disappointing product - heat added for the price

this doesn't make it a bargain or a good deal though.

I have different principles on voting than some on here, if I cant find the product cheaper anywhere else, I will mostly vote it hot. This is expensive for what it is, but its a good deal for some, as its the cheapest they will be able to find it.

i see your point but there are better alternatives for roughly the same price. so cold for me.

Very good price, hot. Just ordered the 7000 series from same site. Don't think there's many other alternative bluetooth combos with full size mice, which is what I was after. Apparently the 7000 and 8000 will work with an internal bluetooth card without needing the USB receiver, so great for laptops.

I only posted this becuase I thought if people were on the lookout for this keyboard, then clealry this is a good deal. It is expensive, but its the cheapest currently abailable. Even on ebay these go for more than this. So basically a good deal in my book. I do not think I will bother in furture !!!

Good price, I payed £149 for this when it was first launched in the UK as I wanted a decent bluetooth set for my media centre setup.

Good Points: Range and response time is great
Bad Points: The silver paint wears off the mouse and keyboard over time. Paint wore off mouse after a few months so looks a bit shabby.
