these headsets tend to break for no reason, i have had 4 replacements from microsoft in 8 month and the 4th has also just broken. i wouldnt even pay £5 for it. save your money and get a turtle beach headset you will not regret it.

Agreed. For the amount these things cost, you would expect a more reliable piece of kit.

I have had 2 of these wireless headsets for nearly 2 years and they are great,wouldnt be without them!!!

You need to buy 2 of these to actually replace a wired one. Reason being that the battery lasts about 5 hours at best, meaning you'll have no headset for half a day at least while it charges.

Plenty of cheap Turtle Beaches around, and unless you sit 50ft away from your tv, wired will be just fine.

i did take care of my device if i didnt microsoft would not replace them smart ass, google the item and you will find loads of people with the same problem they break for no reason

Gosh thats jolly decent of them! If you receive a faulty item you should always receive a new replacement not a repair.
