I was looking for a mouse.

It had to have:

- nano receiver
- 4 way scroll
- programmable button
- reputable brand.

The closest Logitech one I could find was the M510 which was very dear in comparison to this!

The white version is £20 in Dixons.

Not sure what people think, seemed decent to me?

By the way, if anyone votes cold, could you please say why as I'm seriously considering buying this and would love to know why I shouldn't!!
the m510 is full size, this is mobile size. cold coz its been cheaper

Yeah? That's useful info.

Any idea where there is also a reasonably priced laptop mouse, nano receiver, with programmable buttons? The M510 is £27, I had a budget of £20...
stuff nano i want nono.
when is someone going to release a decent bluetooth mouse?

thumb button looks quite high up on this mouse, maybe i hold my mouse 'wrong' but my thumbs alot nearer the back.
I have this - bought in instore at comet for a pound more. It's very comfortable & precise & although classed as mobile its not miniature or anything. I'm very pleased with mine...
I have to agree with clutch08. This is a great mouse, is a nice size in your hand, works well on all the surfaces I have used it on, and unlike my last logitech mouse the software and drivers do actually work.
Highly recommended.
If you want a Bluetooth mouse then try the Trust 16341 ComfortLine for about £16 on Amazon. It's not full-size but feels good. It fills your fingers but not your palm if that makes sense. I am used to full-size Logitech mice and this Trust one feels good for laptop use.

It has two thumb buttons and on-the-fly DPI adjustment.

The only drawback is the position of the scroll wheel, it is set too far towards the rear of the mouse so you have to adjust your grip to actually use it.
This mouse is not very small, the mouse wheel does not 'click' each time you scroll and the mouse wheel button is a 'hard click' and not a soft click like the left/right buttons.

It's however super super smooth and glides excellently and has a tiny receiver.

I wouldn't buy this again though for reasons mentioned above - but it's a fair deal at this price, as it was on Amazon for about £13.
