Hi, I too brought last week. Any idea which page or where it is that says this?

**Edit** Never mind, didn't read the second link.

Also got one last week, just applied for my refund of the price difference. Amazon are generally very good with these refunds so its always worth a go.

Its a nice set, used for over a month and not had to change batteries yet. Mine was a few pounds cheaper but was referbished.

Certainly looks like it - Ignoring the extra buttons and the fact that it's wireless, as far as a PC or a PS3 is concerned, this is just a generic keyboard, so if any USB keyboard will work with the PS3, this will too.

Good price !

You may not be aware folks that the scrool wheel does not click like traditional mice, makes it a bit tricky when playing games, just something to consider.

No problem. I got nearly £7 from them for my iPod Classic so I hope they'll give me the £5 for the keyboard.

Anyone know what this is like for range, had an excellent keyboard up until recently, only problem was it wouldn't work too close or too far from the receiver, about 50cm was perfect! New keyboard has no seperate section for page up etc so press home instead of backspace and end instead of up arrow and delete instead of left arrow. Starting to get very irritating! Good range tho!

Should add that current keyboard (although rubbish) has a range of at leat 5m, which is what I need as it's a pc run through a tv in the lounge.

Got one last week at the higher price, good keyboard, Im not too sure about the mouse, guess it takes a bit of getting used to but to me it seems a little small. Fantastic price, highly recommended.

Left and right buttons plus tilt wheel.

You need the 5000 if you want side buttons.

Anyone had any lag issues with the wireless mouse in fast paced online games?

If you go to the Microsoft website it says 2xAA per device. You just have to look for the product manual online which is there for most IT products. HINT.

Did it happen to mention the range while you were there? I'm too lazy to look too!

Found my answer, anyone know a good keyboard with good range (5m+)?

"Althought the stated 6ft operating radius would have been a bonus instead of the 4ft max I get."

There is one that I’ve come across that is designed for long range but the name alludes me right now; it’s expensive though.
Try looking at Bluetooth keyboards as due to its low power requirements the manufacturers might give you more range with those. RF can easily handle 5m but they seem to use very low power transmitters with keyboards to keep the power consumption down.

I have an ATI Remote Wonder Plus that manages 10m+ which can be used to control the mouse. The aren’t Vista drivers for the other Remote Wonders so be warned.

Very disappointed with this, the mouse is HORRIBLE - no click feedback from the scroll wheel, and the buttons often don't respond till you press them several times. Waste of money :(
