Lowest price I can find for this model. Since it is a Cat & Dog model it comes with the turbo brush which is air powered and does not pull carpet fibres.

1600W which is the EU limit since September last year.

This is a Complete model rather than a Compact which means it is slightly larger.

do these have a rotating brush head?

Sebo more better than Miele. Now miele making less quality but still have reputation for good brand. Miele not bad but Sebo still much better german brand vacuum.

The turbo brush does have a rotating brush. When you use it you can hear the brush spinning up when you lift it off the floor. It uses the air from the vacuum's suction to power it.

The 1600 W motor, Active AirClean filter and Turbobrush make this Complete C2 Cat & Dog PowerLine model perfect for homes with pets.

Hmm, Miele have loads of Which? Best buy awards. Sebo are very good too with fewer models but they dont tend to get better reviews than Miele. Also they tend to just make uprights which are all over £200
