Look mate, stop posting dumb comments, its for sucking them up... LOL
I bought this a few months ago from Comet for 160, down from 199. I have used all sorts of vacuums, but this has been the best so far. I have a Siemens bagged and Vax bagless upright, but they have been left in the garage ever since this arrived.
Yes it includes the turbo brush head as well as a standard head. The standard warranty is 2 years but you can extend that to TEN years for an additional £30 at miele.co.uk. I think that shows the confidence they quite rightly have in the longevity of their products. We bought a similar model eight years ago and it's still going strong.
I bought one of these for £150 a couple of weeks ago and thought I'd got a real bargain. The Debenhams price is a steal! The bags aren't cheap at £10 for 4 (or £8-ish on Amazon) but they are worth the money. We have a good sized 4-bedroomed house and we find that one box of bags lasts up to a year.
If you're in the market for a vacuum cleaner you won't regret buying one of these.
Much better than the two Dysons I had before this that only lasted about a year each
I would recommend it wholeheartedly.......
Bought one last year and it came with the turbo brush, which is superb on carpets, as well as another standard brush which is more effective on wooden floors. Mine also came with a mattress cleaning attachment- not sure if that is supplied as standard. The warranty is two years but you can extend this to a ten year warranty direct from miele for £30. The only downside is the cost of replacement bags but these can be bought cheaper on ebay. I have 3 cats and the miele does a fantastic job. So all in all I would definitely recommend this.

Ha...snap! Hello fellow crazy cat person.
Best place for bags I have found is some look a likes from http://www.lmelectricalspares.co.uk/ who happen to be just up the road from us, found them by accident on eBay years ago, and they are just as good as the genuines at a quid each.
Only other thing I would recommend is replacing the carbon filter unit every few years, this will restore the vac to like new for a few quid. Never had to do any other maintenance to it at all.
