Used to deliver milk when I was a boy. Never thought I would like anything but 'full fat'. Went to semi-skimmed 25+ years ago and didn't notice much difference. Now, I couldn't drink full fat. 4-5 years ago switched to 1% and although tasted slightly watery at first, soon got used to it. Haven't quite managed the jump to skimmed (puddle water) milk yet. maybe the 0.75% fat milk is the way to go first?

Purple top is milk for animal feed only.
#16
Tastes the same as semi-skimmed (2%). Voted hot as good price!

I like full fat in my coffee, but I am fine with 1% in my cereal. Can't get used to skimmed - it seems to be missing something :-)

Got some Creamfields milk from Tesco last night - it was on offer at 88p for a 2 litre carton. Haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it's ok. Maybe they changed the offer to 2 for £1.50 today, or maybe it's because I got it from an Express store.
#21
It was this price in my local last week......bought some today & it was 88p a bottle no 2 for £1.50 deal on at moment....shame.
#22
In Leytonstone it is still at full price that is £1.18 .There is no promotion on the creamfields

Buy 2 pints of 4% milk and dilute it with water - because that's all this is,

That's why it's called 'Express Milk'.

Lumpy? You're meant to put your milk in a fridge man.

Nice find littlemonster2011 I took advantage of the 'two x 2ltr milk for £2

Yet another bargain thread overwhelmed by 'expert reviewers'. Why not get to grips with the fact that this forum is about Hot Deals - there's a clue in the URL. In this thread for example, if you prefer other milk - don't comment and don't vote. It really is tedious to read the invalid comparisons. Bargain? Yes or no. I use this product and this is a good price - vote Yes. I use this product and this is not a good price and I'll tell you why - vote No.
"Who buys this crap?" might be more appropriate for a REVIEW website.

it's 1%, but tastes ok almost like regular
#33
8 pints for £1.50 no good it's all ways there for like 76p for 4pints
#34
this milk got short expiry dates all the time like it was diluted from %4 really
#35
I thrown some out too often, not worth it only if you like it and can really drink that much in that short

Strangely, my milk does live in a fridge at 4degs, but non Cravendale just tastes all wrong to me!
#37
good deal, and it IS 1%. Creamfields used to be 0.75% but i think they have put it up.

Cant get on with fully skimmed (0.1%) but this is a good compromise with half the fat of semi.

hot.

Accrington Stanley!

Who are they?

Exactly.
