Price shows as £35.99 but check out Other Sellers where seller "specialintereststs" will discount the price by 20% to £28.79 when you get to the checkout stage. Free delivery and Fulfilled by Amazon so zero risk.

This box set includes 107 episodes of the classic comedy drama based around Arthur Daley and Terry McCann as well as the "Minder On the Orient Express" movie. That's almost 85 hours of entertainment for less than £30; as Arthur would say "At that price, it's a steal."

Nothing better than Minder, if I suffer from insomnia nothing makes me happier than watching it at 3am on ITV 4!

Cheers ! Can't wait to watch this ...

Now I like minder as much as the next man, however charging nearly 30 quid for a program that's three decades old (and dare I say dated) is profiteering of the highest magnitude!

It wasn't as good admittedly but still 100x better than some of the dross put out as comedy drama these days.

I hated them at the time because 'it wasn't Terry'. 30 yrs on, and Dennis Waterman seems less of a hero and more of a prat, and looking back at them the ones with Ray Daley in them really aren't that bad. I caught one on ITV4 a while back, Pete Posthelwaite was playing a satellite dish fitter with a fear of heights. It really is about as good as telly gets IMHO.

That was a great episode, also the one with Michael Gambon in but the Ray years had some duffers like the one where they are stuck in a lift in a warehouse, that was a snooze.

Totally disagree! Mine just arrived this morning (on a Sunday!) and the box set comprises 33 DVDs so that's less than £1 a DVD. It's hard to comprehend how anyone could call under a quid a DVD profiteering especially for such classic, genuinely funny, entertainment.
