Heat as it's the best price, but being as Tesco take money on order (IIRC) and that there's no official release date (only been given August by mojang and Tesco have the date listed as last day of the year!) I don't think I'll order just yet

Good to know for the future though!

This is my most anticipated game of 2014 haha!
#2
haha first thing I saw on tesco website was released 31/12/14 I doubt that is true but reasonable price for ppl that don't qualify for the price reduction for having it on ps3/vita
#3
Ordered, I love this game !

Cheers

Is this game actually any good? At the risk of sounding old... I don't get it?

In brief- What's the point of the game and why so addictive?

p.s. Ordered a copy now :)

I read somewhere you can buy the PS3 version now, get the Vita version for free through cross buy, and then upgrade to PS4 in august for £5. Seems like a good deal if you want minecraft everywhere, otherwise this is great for people with just PS4. Heat!

I got the PS3 version through the store a while back and never received a Vita version.

Because it doesn't release on Vita until August
Here's the info about the cross buy stuff https://mojang.com/2014/05/minecraft-on-xbox-one-ps4-and-ps-vita-soon/

exactly anyone who has already digitally downloaded this for PS3 hang fire until release and get the Vita version for free and pay the upgrade to PS4 if you need to,far cheaper than buying the physical copy

Whilst I'm all for having physical copies, even if just to sell on, I can't help but feel a game like this is actually better just sat on the HDD, probably like LBP should be, just seems like a game suited to that. Still a scorching hot price though. Hot

Can somebody explain why this game is so good to me? All the guys at work love it but completely passed me by between skyrim and football manager. Also am I better to buy the ps3 version owning the ps3,ps4 and vita or go steam for my iMac and MacBook Air?

Not on steam I believe

The point of Minecraft is creating - it's in the name! You go looking for materials first, then you build something and, when day is over, you protect it from the things that moan (and hiss -.-) in the night. It's so addictive because one can do literally anything, which is a difference to the majority of other games since you cannot manipulate the playing field in them. Yes Minecraft is unique, but for me it does get boring - especially right after I've done everything I've wanted to do. Then again, there is the Nether, the place of epic fun and exploring once you're bored with the main land. (:

If you bought it on PS3 digital version you can download an upgrade version to PS4 for $5

You mine materials and you craft objects.
#24
They should make this for Wii U. Would be perfect with the game pad!

I don't think the Wii u could handle it graphics wise. I'm still waiting for the Commodore 64 edition. :{

Trollollolloll.......

Sorry I'm not funny. It's been a long long day. Love the wii u really.
#26
Yes a wii u edition would be a great idea!

I'm appreciate your explanation as for something so popular it was actually quite hard to find a review on YouTube except from an American comedian! I'm not quite sure it is in the name though...do u craft mines?..football manager....now that is very much a it's in the name title!

It sure is! Minecraft. When you craft something, you are creating it (sorry for pointing out the obvious >_<). Sorta hidden, in a way.

Very true. (: Can't say I've gone through it like I've gone through the Nether, though.

Great price. Would love to get the xb1 version for the same price.

Think the graphics are a bit challenging for the Xbone ;-)

I believe graphical restrictions are the only thing stopping them porting Horace Goes Skiing to the One...
