Mini 4 Port Hub

99p including delivery

It states you need to spend £10 to get this but - i added to the basket on it's own and manage to pay for it without spending £10 - also got an email to show it cost me 99p after payment

I ordered one of these from them a couple of weeks back as part of a bigger order - good piece of kit !

I was tempted but as it says you have to spend £10 to get the hub for 99p, i wonder if they will charge you the full price if you don't spend £10?
#5
Thanks. Ive been looking for a usb2 hub for a while now. Ordered 2. total £1.98.

They can only charge you what's on the confirmation, the worst that will happen is that they cancel your order and refund you.

Thanks ordered.

Link shows "Product not found" Also can't see it on their hubs section.

Good luck to those that ordered it.

Deal appears to have disappeared, however, some good prices on the site.

Had order cancelled . email stated £10 worth of goods not ordered as website clearly stated.
Well what do they expect if the system lets you put the order through!

Oh well, worth a go.
#13
Just placed an order but they confirmed and then sent this next email.......

"Thanks for the order but the hub offer is 99p when you spend over £10 on other goods at the same time and then is limited to 1 per customer - clearly there is some suggestion working its way around the web or via email that you can order these and we will send them but we will not. We have cancelled this order and "voided" the transaction. Sorry if this was not clear when you placed the order"

Had my money taken and order cancellation. No reason given, but its obvious why.
#15
Has anyone had money taken and not been refunded?

Mine was refunded, paid by Google checkout.

I never got mine back, and I'm still trying to now!

Trying to get my money back from this company is a nightmare! I have sent them repeated email and then finally send them an email asking if anyone actually reads or replied to emails at USBNow - to which I got the following reply:

We read them about as much as people read the "Limited to one per customer and offer only valid if you spend over £10" text on the website alongside this offer.

I have since sent two more emails with no reply, and have no idea what I can do now - surely its not legal for them to just take my money. Is there anything that I can do or anyone that I can compain too?
#19
I put a big SECOND NOTICE in the subject of my email to them and I got a response saying that it is taking them time to process the refunds. I will be emailing again soon as I still havent had a refund.

I got my refund the day after payment, but did get a bit of a rude email back from them.

I have also had an email from google checkout asking to review my purchase experience from them. I think I might actually have fun with this one :)
