The limiting factor of all these mini cams is the memory has to be Fat32 formatted so max file size is something like 1.8 gigs at this point the recording will stop.
This gives approx 20 mins recording time.
You can still record another file on it though.
I tried formatting with NTFS and the camera locked up had to wait for the battery to run down before I could use it again.
Still a good deal.
OOP'S sorry file limit is 4 gig on fat32_ - sorry

The 720p (720p!) image is surprisingly good, the audio isn't bad & the little clips & holders enable easy mounting in a car or on your clothing (the pocket/lapel clip is very useful).
I found a class 6 micro SD card was needed to get completely smooth playback.
With 8gb's your card will outlast your battery.
They are day-time only really but a lot of video camera for your money.
You can easily connect the camera to your PC by USB to mini USB, the card will then show up as a memory device & you just delete the video files in the folder.
It would take less than a minute.
Actually my earlier comment about the battery & an 8gb card is probably not accurate, I just reviewed some of my vids & they are over 80 mins so it had enough juice to almost fill the card.
EDIT: Iv'e seen a few differnt models. Im guessing the real Model is the AEE Version? or are they all the same?

Am I looking at the wrong one? says "720 x 480 resolution, 30fps"

Ooops, my bad.
Nevertheless full SD res (lots of films won't actually give you 720 x 480 on DVD) is pretty damned good in my book.....especially at these kind of prices.
The instructions are apalling, probably the worst that I have ever seen and actually give no useful information on how to use the camera.
I am still trying to figure out how to change the time/date stamp, as it is years out of sync.
To set the time, there is a file on the CD called TAG.TXT if you open it you will see the time and date, just edit this to the correct time/date and copy to the cameras microSD card. the next time you turn on the camera it should set the right time.
