For those of us who need a little exercise after Xmas, how about a cycle trainer? I've been looking around for a trainer to avoid the cold weather and whilst it is not the cheapest (cheapest is £99.99 at Bike Traks), it does come with a free Cateye strade computer worth £35 and they also posted a cat eye light set for free.

Here are the details:
The Mag 500 LR has a new look and a new name M50R. The M50R is 100% Made in Japan, with all the great features of its predecessor but with a stronger oval tube frame. The M50 features the compact single sided super smooth Mag unit combined with 500 gram flywheel. The remote 7-level shifter helps deliver a great range of resistance whatever your training needs

Lol, I only starting getting Big Time into Cycling in October..... Freezing Freezing Freezing conditions all the way - I love it! My body wakes up hours before I start work because it is so excited about getting on the bike.....

I will prob stop cycling in the Summer ....... that's when all the 'wimps' come back out of hiding after a winter indoors on their cross trainers lol....

I had a trainer for about a year but sold it in the end due to being sooooo boring.....I even set up my laptop so I could watch a film, but it didn't help. So I bought a BRIGHT light and do some X country - fun fun fun

I get quite excited in the morning - but didn't realise it was my body thinking of the cycle to work ;-) Came off my bike this morning - on ice - didn't believe the forecast as there was/seemed to be, no ice near my house  perhaps I should get one of these.....:whistling:
