Cracking price.

Navigation goes extra large on the super-slim Moov M400, with its pixel-perfect 4.3-inch widescreen. It also features Mios acclaimed Local Search technology via MioMore desktop, so you can connect to a huge range of information on local restaurants, shops and much more. The big screen makes perfect use of NavPix, making it simple to navigate to photos while the user-friendly interface makes the Moov M400 enjoyable and easy to use. The Moov M400 is complete with pre-loaded safety camera alert data.

Plus with spoken motorway exit instructions and lane guidance, navigating through busy motorway junctions is even easier.

Pros
Very affordable for a device with a 4.3-inch screen and text-to-voice conversion. Accurate directions.

Cons
Cluttered, sluggish UI. Limited, difficult-to-search POI database. No real-time traffic, lane-assist feature, or speed limit postings.

Bottom Line
The Moov M400 will appeal to many given its rock-bottom price, but Mio cuts too many corners along the way, and delivers a GPS that's difficult to use.

If this unit runs Windows CE, you can always install another navigation software, which will give you the missing features, such as speedcams and lane assistance.
Might be a little too expensive if you have to add delivery cost. You can get cheaper units which will do the same or better but you need to look around. I used a unit from ebuyer for £39 and loaded TomTom, iGO, Navigon, etc. Not using a GPS any longer though (found it too distractive and inaccurate while driving).

Any ideas if it does?

According to the specs it does include lane guidance, same as the M300 model does which I have used in the past and includes the speed cam info.

check the specs here:

Had one and returned it as it reset it self at junction instead of showing junction picture. Cust. service is almost zero. ( 3 weeks to answer an email )
