Bought a Naos 3200 off an Ebay store brand new and when I needed RMA they refused me as it has to be bought from main store.

They told me they only honor RMA if you buy from their list of approved retailers. Its true and you can read the thread I made on overclock.net just search for Mionix RMA.

I asked them for this list so I can see for myself the stores to buy from that they approve but they declined and later said there was no list and their rep had a bit of a hissy fit and posted an image with my name and address, I had to get a mod to take it down.

Good quality though and really decent mice, so comfy and the coating they use lasts for years and doesn't come off easily at all.

Just RMA thats stopped me from buying another Mionix mouse.

report the person who posted your address etc on the website to the police and the data commissioner. screw them nice and proper for breaking data protection rules and trying to harass a customer by posting your details online without permission

I have huge hands, this and the RAT 7 are the only 2 mice I have ever been able to comfortably use.

If my RAT 7 wasn't still going strong, I'd be all overt this :)

Have some heat OP.

Well the image got removed so I was happy with just that but your right he shouldn't have done it. I did email Mionix my details as they asked for them for RMA and that was what he posted on the forum a screenshot with all my details. I wont say hos name here but hes a rep for Mionix and his name begins with "A".
