Lovely story - A single mother juggles her career as Director Of Events at Cole's Department Store and her home life with daughter, Susan. Their lives are changed dramatically when an elderly gentleman is hired as Santa for the festive period. This 1994 remake of the Christmas classic stars Sir Richard Attenborough as Santa Claus. The cast also includes Dylan McDermott, Elizabeth Perkins, and Mara Wilson.

On a similar note, I bought the following from Sainsburys yesterday for a fiver in a DVD collection

- Miracle on 34th street (1994)
- Miracle on 34th street (1947)
- A Christmas Carol (1984)

It was on the rack by the checkout and they also had The Mummy Trilogy, Nanny McPhee 2 and the double set of Mickeys Once upon and Twice upon a Christmas.

Toy Story 1&2 & Snow White (2 disk) were also a fiver but they have been posted previously I think

I know this is a little bit against the spirit of the site but I don't really post deals anymore, especially instore only deals. There are just too many smart alec's and know it all's about who expire offers unless they are online, in the store near them or you have show a picture of a receipt (because I am giving a tip, I wont be grilled and evidence myself to strangers to whom I am doing a favour).

I vote offers hot, make comments but I am afraid it just is not worth the effort to post deals. if that makes me selfish or arrogant then so be it. However, if anyone else wishes to post the offer then please, be my guest.

Mate, I know where you are coming from and completely agree. I just nipped down and picked up the deal at the checkout just like you said. Have a thumbs up for what it's worth.
