price appears to be an error

The CushTop provides increased padded comfort when using your laptop on your couch, bed or floor. A convenient storage pocket keeps your power adapter and mouse tucked away. By flipping its platform over, the CushTop can accommodate small or large laptops.

What do these do exactly? I m really not sure since they look like a cushion and how would that help your laptop lol?
#6

Voted Hot - they are on Play.com at £12.99 in other colours, only available in Green on the Dell Site.

Free Shipping as well it seems.

Nice find, just ordered one!
#9
These are great, shame about the colour!
#10
Anyone know if a Macbook (13.3") would fit in this? I'm thinking it might be a bit too big
#11
hi.. just sharing experience

if this is a misprice, just be aware that dell will cancel the order despite order confirmation, invoice etc. It hapenned few motnhs ago when they misprice LaCie 250gb external hard disk for 24£
#12
don't think it's a misprice as they have loads of laptop bags and bits reduced to really good prices.

The laptop just sits on top on the cushtop with cabling stored in the middle - more info on the Belkin website: http://www.belkin.com/laptopathome/cushtop/

2 seconds on google ....
http://computeraccessories.suite101.com/blog.cfm/belkin_cushtop_laptop_cushion

They dont fit IN but fit ON. The mac book is 13.3 widescreen so i reckon will fit nicely.

ps maplin have these in the sale too (£14.99). So maybe not misprice but i wonder if a new style is coming along?
#16
I doubt this is a misprice as it says 20% off of all notebook cases.

I did google it, but like I said, I thought you could store the laptop inside. My mistake.

I think that is the idea, it shouldn't really be included in the discount, it's not a laptop case and with dree delivery they can't be doing any better than breaking even on it

Coor dell are having some super deals at the moment, first the vostro slimline and desktop pcs, then the 22" widescreen monitor and now this. This is the smallest saving but its a saving nether the less thanks martyj999

Was looking for one of these - thanks for the headsup. voted hot.

I think if someone had linked to a cushion or box for £9 and said 'you could balance your laptop on it', people would think hard about how useful they'd find that.... however, finding out that something is more expensive on other sites makes it immediately stand out as a bargain, necessary and cheap. I will order five.
#27
ordered one just now, well spotted op
#28
Not a great Product. Using this can cause your laptop to overheat. I
#29
I voted hot, as all the cases are less than half price!Quality sleeves are between £6-9, I am buying one for my 15 and one for my 17 inch laptop. Thanks
#30
Type Belkin in the dell site it all seems to be really cheap
#32
Ordered mine for £11.86 from Play.com (with 5% discount + Quidco). £3 more but at least I got it in a colour I like!
#33
I have one of these for my macbook 13.3" and I likes it. Not entirely sure why though. Voted Hot!
#34
Thanks for info - was gonna order one anyway but never got round to it. Not so worried about the colour - free shipping's a bonus. Cheers:-D
#35
I bought one of these from Play a while ago and find it pretty good but not much better than a £5 laptray, the so called storage was pretty unusable until i bought a Nokia E61 which sits snugly in there while connected to laptop.
Not sure if suitable for a 17" laptop the size of its biggest side is 41cm x 31cm.
banned#36
nice, page bookmarked for future....maybe in about 70 years?
#37
Voted hot, can't be bothered to wait 70 years so gone for it now.
Cheers martyj:thumbsup:
#38
Nice would like one but would just an impulse buy :) Seem's like a bulgy item to have lying around if your not always on your laptop.
#39
I had one of these for christmas, my laptop is 17" and it fits nicely. It stops your legs from burning and, as you can probably see from the pictures, it is slightly raised at an angle which is useful for typing, it feel more comfortable to me anyway.

I would definatley recommend these to anyone who might be thinking about getting one.
#40
i bought one from play last week, in brown not that nasty green colour
its ok, not soft like it looks in the picture, it does make the laptop sit in a better/higher position on your lap which is better for my back
