Shipping Options from Miss Selfridge
Standard deliveries to UK locations will arrive within 4 working days of submitting your order and come with a charge of £2. However, delivery is free for orders over £50.
Express or nominated day deliveries can be delivered the very next day if they are submitted before 21:00 the day before or 17:00 on Sundays. They cost £6 per order and deliveries are carried out between Monday and Saturday.
Alternatively, you can choose to have your items delivered to a Miss Selfridge store. This takes 3-7 working days and is free of charge. If you want to collect your items the next day, you’ll need to order before 21:00 and pay a charge of £2.
Customers can track any order from Miss Selfridge. For standard deliveries, just head to the Hermes website and enter your Order Tracking Number (on your e-receipt). Express deliveries are carried out by Yodel, who have their own tracking system.
Returning Items to Miss Selfridge
Any items can be returned to Miss Selfridge by post within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in a saleable condition. You also have 28 days to return any items to a nearby Miss Selfridge store. In both cases, you can choose to request a refund or an exchange.
To make a return by post, head to your Miss Selfridge account and select the “request a return” option in the My orders section.
Now follow the “create a return” link next to the order you want to return and add your reason for requesting the refund.
When you’ve finished, the system will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. Write this on the freepost returns label that came with your items. If you’ve lost your label, you can download and print another one here.
Fix the returns label to your parcel and send it to the address provided. After that, the firm promises to process any returns within 28 days of receiving them. You will receive an email when your return is received and when the refund is issued.
Another option is to use the Collect+ returns system. Obtain your returns number as above and print out a Collect+ label. Now simply take your parcel to a nearby Collect+ store. You can find a list of their locations on their website.
If you choose to take your items for a refund to a Miss Selfridge store, be sure to take proof of purchase with you when you visit.
