not your standard M12 tapped holes for your tails in these, they are M10.
you may need to consider this before you purchase if doing job youself.
yes the tails that come with it will obviously fit the tap end, the existing pipework/connections to your current tap may well be M12 copper rod type.

Lol @ Contemporary... These are standard across most of western Europe..

Watch out some of these taps are for high pressure systems so might not work on yours

Have two in the house and they are better than £100 ones from Bathstore. Aldi don't support with spare cartridges though (their answer is to send them back to supplier - in Austria!). Cheap enough to buy another just for the cartridge though.

Were £13.99, then £15.99 I think. Still cheap though.

Hot.

These are great. Got one a couple of years ago from Aldi, but now they're back might just get a spare one incase the cartridge goes. Extremely cheap for a decent aerating mixing tap.

Scorchio.

Umm, isn't that what "contemporary" means?

Function: adjective
Etymology: com- + Latin tempor-, tempus
Date: 1631

2 a : simultaneous b : marked by characteristics of the present period : modern, current

I think they're basin taps as they don't swivel and are quite low (can't get a kettle under).

That said there's probably no reason you shouldn't use them in the kitchen.

if its only got a plastic waste bthen its well worth buying a decent metal waste.
The similar one in BandQ that i got cam with a metal waste.. I only got mine cos it matched bath taps that were given to me.
Trade plumbing places will be cheaper. And they will have spares. Good luck finding spares should you ever need them.

Correct, waste is plastic and rubbish but the taps are excellent. Buy a second one for 'spares' and you're still quids in.

5 YEAR GUARANTEE TOO!

Correct, they are basin (bathroom) taps. Aldi do proper kitchen taps from time to time too and they are similarly good for around £20.

reckon these will fit as a replacement for 2 side taps as just the one mixer tap on the side (replum the hose and plug the second hole up).

Misses absolutely hates our current sink but seems we're renting we can't really do much but for £20 it would be well worth it.

Cold as you can purchase high end tap like Bristan from a well known auction site who have a factory shop on their for this price or less delivered to your door, higher quality, longer warranty.

That said if you just want to go in and buy, not bad. but not HOT.....
