This emergency mobile phone charger comes with interchangeable heads and is reusable. With no wires or cords, it's easy to carry with you so you never run out of battery. It suits most models of mobile phones (Nokia, Motorola, Siemens and Ericsson) and each full charge provides up to 50 minutes of talk time and three hours of stand by time. Great for traveling, business trips or outdoor use!

Ducky note:

Operated by 4 x AAA batteries.
The Emergency Charger definitely works with the following phones, and may work with some others:
For nokia: 3210/3310/5110/6110/8210/8310/7210/7650/6100/6600/6108/N-Gage
For ericsson: T20/T28/T68i/T100/T300/R600/P800
For siemens: C2588/S2588C3508/C3568/C1118/A35/6618
For Samsung: A288/A388/A400/R220/N628/E600/E708/T108/T408/T508/X108/S508

Anyone know if this will work with new Motorola K1?

It only works on old style motorola connections I think by zooming in.
That means it won't work on MOTOROLA V3 RAZR K1 L7.

Yeah, doesn't fit my Sony Ericsson K750i. I have a very similar one with the same connections. It really is just older mobiles. Charges my Nokia N-Gage and 3310, lol. I can't guarantee any others.

Thanks Duckmagicuk2 for the help. Almost bought one for a new nokia! Might still get one for my old phones though. Anyone know what batteries it takes?

I don't know. It may work on a new nokia. I don't know all about the charging head on all the models, that's all. Is it a round socket at the end? Like the 3rd one down on the picture? If so, it will probably be fine. It's other phones such as Sony Ericssons, Motorolas, Samsungs, etc, where the chargers have little teeth and clips and more complicated mechanisms where these are out of date...

Found the same model on another website... Operated by 4 x AA batteries

Can I just point out that your local £1 shop, most likely poundland, *might* have these in. I got a USB one from there.

Actually... here's a list of what it DOES fit...

wait to get an emergency charger that uses a crank that you turn. It's better than having to have spare batteries around.

I've seen a solar powered one...

I agree. I've got one of these too - has saved me once when the train was delayed and the mobile battery ran out. Charged enough for the emergency call. Since then I carry it all the time for sense of security and not having to worry about running ouf of juice. I bought a job lot for a useful Xmas pressie to friends & family - got a couple spare left over if anyone wants one ; pm me and send me a couple of pounds in stamps to cover p&p - first come, first served !

"I've seen a solar powered one.."
not very useful in this country !!! :p
You need a wind powered one instead
