Sorry, the pic is a bit titchy!

It's a bit fuzzy because I was crying onto the lens at the £10 I wasted!
#4
H+R, will have to go check my local store in a bit.
#5
That looks like it's been priced as the PSP version rather than the PS3 version, I would be very surprised to see this go through at the checkout
#6
Good price if it goes through but I wasn't too keen on the demo

Same here, can't see what all the fuss is about with it, Mario Kart is much better.
#14
I know its expired but a fantastic game
It has the playability of mario kart but the added bonus of being able to create your own character, kart and tracks, which means unlimited tracks to race on as you can upload them to share

great easy pick up and play karting game

Don't compare a game like this to Mario Kart, it's like comparing those iPad's to that crappy thing from China!!
#16
:)

I don't see why, I've been gaming for 20 odd years and this game (in my opinion) has that same pick up and play, easy handling and fun factor that mario kart did - just an opinion
#17
It's hardly a racing game, it's a gimmick, you cannot control a car decently and you just skid all the time, kinda like Mario Kart but 100% of the time!
#18
Mario kart sucks, its been remade till death

I prefer the old SNES version anyday.

I find that the N64 version was the best, brilliant console too.

Double Dash was actually pretty good, and incorporated the two players into one game which was quite unique. The latest one with online play is also pretty good, all I can say is don't fix it if it aint broken, and Mario Kart is near perfection for that kind of racing.

double dash was OSM

Compared to this, Mario Kart suuccckkksss!!!!!!!!!

It used to be good but no innovation and just the same crap over and over again. No thank you

Exactly, its this new teens that prefer the Wii version over the classic game which made mario Kart what it is today.

The old Mario and Zelda games are better than what Nintendo are releasing the game, in 20 years when we look back these games will look like a joke.

Good remakes are like Street Fighter IV, absolute innovation!

Have you even played the recent Mario Karts?

They are all decent racers, and I have played all of them, and still play them today.

SNES - Original, I wasn't that keen on it tbh
N64 - First total 3D Mario Kart - The best for me easily
GameCube - It had some very good levels made for it, and the Co Op gameplay was brilliant
DS - Hmm, it was an ok game, you cant expect much from a DS Mario Kart, although the Online was decent imo.
Wii - First fully online Mario Kart, basically lag free, I think it comes joint second quite easily, best handling game by far. Throw the wheel in the bin and get a Wavebird for it though.

Nostaliga also plays a big part in old games, I've gone back and played a few and it totally ruined the whole memory for me as they wern't as good as I remember. Just because they are new, doesn't mean they are crap, if they were not released, people would moan because no new Mario Kart exists, and MK is not a broken game, so there is no need at all to change it, Double Dash got bashed because it changed ONE aspect of the game, Nintendo fans, including me, enjoy it still a lot.

This ModNation racers I've played since the closed BETA, and it is awful as a racing game, apart from the custom part of the game which easily stolen from LBP, it's a very poor racer copying MK in a lot of parts and failing.

Thanks for the pointless post lol.

Designed in California though, not designed in China on a £100 budget made from 5 year old material. :)

A lot of people commit suicide, look at the Banker suicide rate, must be in the hundreds every year

Yeah the custom parts stolen. Even though the developers of LBP helped them, it's stolen isn't it, genius?

Obviously a Nintendo fanboy like yourself will never accept that Mario Kart is getting boring now

I'm proud to be a Nintendo fanboy, but I'm also proud to be a Sony fanboy, but only when they release decent titles and not this rubbish racing game.
