Just ordered one and scooped it for £1526 with 5.5% cashback. These are premium Mountain Bikes made by Spanish outfit Mondraker. To buy the full bike 2017 model would set you back £6,000. Its an all mountain version suited to a front fork with 160mm travel. They have a radical forward Geometry meaning longer slacker front end and really short chainstay back end. I'm certainly looking forward to getting mine built up, thought I'd share this for anyone else looking to up their game on the trails.

From Website:

The Foxy was the first model in Mondraker's impressive lineup to get the carbon treatment. This all-mountian slayer is an all-day Enduro rig, use this as a base for building your dream rig or add budget parts and see how Mondraker's innovations in Forward Geometry bring even cheaper parts to life.

No pedals? Outrageous. Heat added!

Do carbon fibre frames ever break?

Do carbon fibre frames ever break?

Yep, but so do frames of all materials. These will be pretty bomb proof.

I just put a carbon bar on my mtb today and I managed 55km alright, not snapped yet

Heat for the price, don't really understand the facination for big suspension in the bike press, 160 must be a ***** to ride uphill ,
130 is plenty suspension in the U.K. for all but the proper downhills

I put 4500km on carbon rigid forks on the Tour Divide. They haven't snapped either. ;)

160 has its place in Wales, the Lakes, etc. Locked out or with a platform shock it won't be so bad.

The complete bikes come with the Fox 34 talas fork set which has adjustable travel 130 when climbing, 160 descending flick of a remote switch, so best of both worlds.

The carbon comment was tongue in cheek I expect them to last a long time, definitely felt good, although I had to zip tie the hoses togeather as the tap tap tap of one hose on the underside of the carbon bar was dong my head in.

I guess the big suspensions have their place and are getting better and the peddle bounce isn't as bad as in years gone by,
don't get me wrong my 150pike and debonair is amazing for rough downhill but not so great uphill and I feel like I've ridden it.
For a longer ride I'm more inclined to take my xc 120mm suspension as it's so much faster on flat and uphill and the miles just whizz by..
And it handles just as well at trail centres.

Nice 1 mate. Glad someone else benefited from the deal. Looking good pal. My builds still not complete, been waiting 4 weeks for some custom wheels from Superstar components. I'll add you on insta, will be interested to know how your ride goes
