Monsoon Sale - Now 70% Off Online

The Monsoon sale has been on for a month or so, but sale items have now been further reduced up to 70% off. I know that many people wait until now before buying.

Some good bargains to be had in women's, men's, children's, home, and some Accessorize.

I just ordered a couple of things for my twin boys and then couldn't resist a treat for myself!

"Return Policy
To cancel an order
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products, hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products.

To return an order
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, however it may be possible to do this in one of our stores depending on availability. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above)
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

There are 2 simple ways to return an item:

To Store
1. Return the goods to your nearest branch with your Despatch Note for an immediate Refund or Exchange.

By Post1. Complete the bottom section of the Despatch Note, received with the goods.
2. The completed section of the Despatch Note must be included with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for this (or 14 days for sale items).

Please return unsuitable goods via post to the following address:
Monsoon.co.uk
PB Logistics
Sunningdale Centre
Sunningdale Road
Leicester
LE3 1ZP
Postage is payable by the customer for Republic of Ireland postal returns."

I work in Monsoon part time and just to say you can return mail orders in store. However as far as I know we only have a seven day refund policy on sale items so definitely bring documentation stating the 14 days.

I was at Cheshire Oaks yesterday and visited the Monsoon store. It was a terrible state inside. Clothes on the floor were trampled on by children and adults, the bridalwear were pulled and handled (by little girls) and the clothes I did look at were mucky.

I guess I arrived too late to see any of the good stuff but it was disappointing to see so much untidiness.

Ah you'll get in this in all the stores... I never encourage family or friends to go there after the first couple of weeks because of the state of the clothes. All the delicate items get ruined really quickly... but the 70% only starts later on into the sae. So bit of a catch 22 for you
