Ordered mine yesterday but i doubt they will come after what happened last time with the studios and the pros but you never know HMV might pull there finger out this time.
#3
Yeah I don't know what they're up to, worth a shot
#4
Are they really worth the money?
I have some ie7's and Bose on ear headphones. Are these better?
#5

#9
They have put in writing to many people that there will be no more price mistakes and they have stopped them from happening again.
#10
got my email confirmation email at 6th may 2011 5:28 GMT

they better not mess us around this time. I already ordered another pair of monster beats headphones a few days ago from the offer i saw on here through laskys, so if this is fulfilled, i'll just return the ones i ordered.

I can fully appreciate your frustration at our incorrect pricing of this item and our poor communication around its offer, which was caused by an IT issue that we could not have anticipated. This systems fault has now been rectified, and we are taking steps to avoid a recurrence in future.

Lets wait for the cancellations again then i guess
#13
JUst ordered mine. They still haven't honoured the £10 e-voucher from cancelling my last order for the Beats pro. But they still are worth it at this price. Lets hope, but ain't gonna hold my breath.
#14
Lol and so everything comes full circle.
#15
DAMN! Just went for the solo HDs from the deal posted yesterday. Might be more reliable than HMV though I guess.
Great price for these!

Have you had any changes to your order status?,,,mine said earlier..."awaiting stock allocation" then later it changed to "order not yet processed"....i hate ordering over the weekend...have 2 wait till monday =_=
#19
If it goes wrong I am more than happy to forward on the email. It was in response to an email to the CEO of HMV who apparently has been aware of all of this, so the email carries a lot of might and Trading Standards are very interested to see if this goes wrong. If they cannot control prices and don't have the IT security after putting in writing, it's all ok, makes you wonder how secure their controls over personal information are.....
#20
jus bought with the 10£ voucher they gave from cancelling the last one! but its still the old 'Awaiting stock allocation'
no one phone this time! and we should all get it! fingers crossed

I've lost faith in HMV lately. They always mess up their prices and cancel your order like nothing happened. It happened to me last week with a couple of blu rays.

If it goes wrong, yes. However, I don't want to start sending it to everyone just yet. Anyway, this is what it says and a bunch of us got it. I even got snippets of it repasted again in another reply from them;

Your email as been forwarded to me for response as I am Customer Service Team Leader for hmv.
Thank you for getting in touch and for making your views known to us.  I can fully appreciate your frustration at our incorrect pricing of this item and our poor communication around its offer, which was caused by an IT issue that we could not have anticipated. This systems fault has now been rectified, and we are taking steps to avoid a recurrence in future.  I imagine that if I were in your position I would feel much the same, but I trust you will accept our most sincere apologies for any disappointment and inconvenience caused and that you will be kind enough to understand our position in this matter.
Just to explain - the terms and conditions governing our online sales state that while your order was 'accepted', a contract between us will only have been formed upon HMV receiving payment for the goods in question. As HMV have not yet taken payment for the Beats headphones in question from you, nor taken the final step of confirming the shipment of your order to you by email, we are therefore under no legal obligation to sell the item to you at the incorrect price (please see point b. in the section entitled 'The Contract Between US' on the first page of our Terms and Conditions). In an ideal world we would love to be able to fulfil your order regardless as a gesture of our good faith, but given the level of demand experienced and the extent of the difference between the incorrect and actual price points, I regret that it is simply not viable for us to do so - I'm very sorry, but hope you will understand.
We do, however, recognise that in this particular instance we have fallen short of the high standard of customer service that we normally pride ourselves on, so by way of demonstrating a token of our goodwill towards you we would like to make an exception to our standard policy and can confirm that an e-voucher to the value of £10 has been credited to your hmv.com account and can be redeemed with any future purchase. We hope that this will go some way to restore your faith in hmv and look forward to seeing you online at http://www.hmv.com in the future.
Yours sincerely

I got the same crappy email about 10 times. I got a new one last night (with a few variations). Just full of lies.

Can I ask what is so good about these headphones?

Are they worth the money?

Hmmm. One of us is lucky but I can't work out which one.

You got £10 into your HMV account and dissapointment and I tried to open one and couldn't, even after spending more than I should have to get extra points. oO

even though i've never used them (basing on what i've gathered from peoples comments everywhere), i'd say they're the iphone of the headphones market.
#31
Doubt they will honour but i've ordered anyway, had mine cancelled last time
#32
So is that good or bad? As I know some peoples opinions of iPhones!

They are fakes, there are tons of Beats by Dre fakes on the internet.
#37
Tried these, still pi**ed off about getting my beats pro's cancelled before tho!!
#38
Fakes dont come with Duracell batteries. Heard the fakes sound quite good for knock offs though.
Ive just ordered with my £10 voucher. If they dont honor this, it'll be the third cancellation ive recieved from HMV, will call them up and make sure i get through to a senior line manager and have a nice chat with him/her about this ****.
#39
Ordered, I thought I was the only who knew and was about to post it here, no point being quiet about it since they already efed us before with the pros. HMV will you ever learn?

oh, so they look good but do not offer all the bells and whistles of other cheaper makes ;)

and people only buy them cause they think they will impress their peers
