Aghhh just remembered, BET365 suck... they are one of only a few that require you to send them personal documentation to confirm identity/age etc.... I refuse to do this considering the other big boys dont require it!

Never asked me for ID at any point. It sometimes comes down to random choice or it can be the method you use to deposit. It could be a few things.

if you're going to do that, it's a far better idea to do the double chance of atletico or the draw as your pre-match bet, which is 1/20 at the moment and will give you a £2.50 profit and then go for leicester to win as your in-play bet at 12/1 which will give you a £550 profit.

Thanks. Always keep my eye on these, usually just do the win/lose/draw 50/15/50 for Leicester resulting in breakeven/small profit/large profit so interested to know any better markets

Bet365 are feeling generous this week, the national offer and now this. Heat

When one team is a heavy favourite, as Atletico are, it's always difficult to get a decent profit so i think a lot of the time it's a case of either small or huge and no real in-between.

If you want to secure a minimum of a tenner profit, i think your best bet will be on Leicester to score in the 1st half.

"No" is currently 2/9 which will return £61.11 and "Yes" is 3/1 which will return £200 so do "No" as your pre-match and "Yes" as your in-play.

Minimum £11.11 profit, maximum £100.

Bear in mind that 365's T's & C's do have a clause preventing "guaranteeing profit" in this instance, but they rarely enforce it.

You can lay off a £50 bet with someone else to stay within them if you really want to play it safe though.

I did £150 on Madrid, £50 in play on the draw and £15 with another bookie on Leicester
home or away win guarantees £30 profit. Draw is currently £60 profit

It was the abusing the guaranteed profit clause that I was wary of. I thought £50 on Atletico at 3/10 (returns £65 + £50 free bet stake), risk free £50 bet on the draw at 9/2 ( returns £275 ) and £5 on Leicester at 12/1(888sport) ( returns £65 + £50 free bet stake ). Total outlay is £105 with returns of £115, £275 and £115.

That's a good selection actually. I have heard of them enforcing the clause here and there but not always though, so I guess it's however you feel about taking a chance. But you've worked a decent minimum profit there so good stuff :)

nseaman's is good as well. It all comes down to what you actually think will happen in the match. The likely scenario is a home win with an outside chance of a draw. My painkillers are making my head fuzzy, but I think I've found another option where the returns are £0, £50 and £360, so it's down to whether I settle for £0 with a good upside, £10 with a decent upside or £30 with a much lower upside.

Goals under 6.5 as a pre-match bet, and in-play both teams to score in the first half at 11/2.
So if you put £50 on each, you'll either get your money back or make a £225 profit.
...or the third possibility that you should at least mention.

Indeed. And we are talking Leicester here, so they could end up being absolutely pounded. Remember, it's a HUKD tradition that many people will stuff this offer up and end up out of pocket ;)

Its KYC, every UKGC license holder has to do it or risk losing their license. Some do it electronically, but that can fail at times, and they need to ask for ID, and also they have to do an enhanced KYC once your turnover or withdrawals meet a certain level.
I wasn't asked by 365, Skybet, Betfair, but was by Paddypower and Coral.

If you don't like sending a bit of ID, then don't bet with Williamhill, they sometimes ask for proof of where funds came from!

You probably have IESnare installed, without you even realising. In fact, virtually everyone who has visited / used a major online bookies is probably being silently tracked by IESnare.

Read this article: https://www.geegeez.co.uk/iesnare-how-bookmakers-are-spying-on-you-from-your-own-computer/

It explains how to check, and how to remove it.

HTH ;)

Isn't both teams to score 1st half yes/no usually a good one to use for this?
#24
Probably a silly question, but how can you work things out now if you don't know what the odds will be once it goes in-play. Would like to do this, but what happens if the odds for a draw drop dramatically once it goes in-play. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

They usually drop a bit but not by very much if you are quick.

as loop has said, they may well drop slightly but it won't be a huge amount. the very nature of these things means that the prices will fluctuate all the time, but if you want to be absolutely certain then you can have the match page open in your browser as soon as it kicks off and then you click on the bet to place it.

if you're feeling brave and you're going for leicester to win as your in-play bet, you could wait for 10-15 minutes to see if Atletico get an early goal. It would very likely push leicester's odds from 12/1 out to closer to 20/1 so you could make your bet then.

It's a risky think to do because if you wait too long, you could end up losing money though.

and bogglebrain, your pm's are indeed off so please pm me again :)

Great deal, thanks for the heads up OP.

Thanks for the heads up op.

I usually go for home or away win as my pre match bet.... Currently £8.33 return.

Then a draw for my in play bet.... Currently £75 return.

But tempted by the Leicester to score in first half option as mentioned above.

first bets that stick out for me are 4 goals @ 9/2, or 5 goals @9/1. could see madrid getting a few.

well as long as you offset that with less than 5.5 goals as your in-play that should work.

just bear in mind that many people thought it would be a cricket score in the last round and i think they only lost the first leg 1-2

yeah i'll be covering my pre-match bet, so basically my in-play bet is a free £50 to wing it on whatever looks half-possible with good odds.

just saw ladbrokes are refudning Correct Score, First Goalscorer & Half Time/Full Time bets up to £25 if the match ends in a draw. so that could factor in. any other sites doing offers for this match?

It was the abusing the guaranteed profit clause that I was wary of. I thought £50 on Atletico at 3/10 (returns £65 + £50 free bet stake), risk free £50 bet on the draw at 9/2 ( returns £275 ) and £5 on Leicester at 12/1(888sport) ( returns £65 + £50 free bet stake ). Total outlay is £105 with returns of £115, £275 and £115.

I went for this, safest way to play in the rules and always gets some money and the occasional mega win, I have won a lot of money off 365 with this style of betting on this promotion :)

I take it you have my second PM. Sorry for raising your hopes. I'm almost as bad as the online tipster I found who guaranteed a risk free return of either £1.25 or £553 by ignoring the fact that the match might end 0-0

do you have to pay for both bets because that's how it seems when it describes it?
