how long should it take before i receive an email from them?

The ticket is sent to your email shortly after ordering and all you need to do is print it out on a printer.

all should come with a valid bar code on the voucher



im not sure, i am at work and cant access my email to check. i assume it will either be 4 individual tickets, or 1 that says max of 4 people entry

seems to have worked. waiting for the e-mail back though...

Right printed my tickets, ive got 4 and on each one they say zurich w/end family (MX4)

Not sure if each ticket admits 2 adults & 2 children, or you need aticket for each person, its not very clear :oops:

they e-mail me striaght away but it did say it could take up to 2 hrs to arrive

got my email and you have to enter the lasst 4 digits of the telephone number registered to a card. So am unable to print tickets. Is this the same for everyone else?

Nice one THANKS. BTW you only get one chance to print the tickets so if you want to save them to print later or on another pc just right click on the ticket page and save as web page Complete and save it into a folder:)..
