Looks great value....

Thanks Cat :)

Looks a great bargain and almost had me clicking the link as I need pans (apparently) but if I even touch a pan that isn't non stick I end up with whatever is in it stuck to the pan forever.

Still a good deal.

Stainless steel is the easiest to clean if you get stuff burnt on you can scrub it hard without damaging them!

Tip: For stubborn burnt on food on stainless steel pans (works on pyrex too) soak in a solution of biollogical washpowder dissolved in warm water, heat up on the hob and all the gunk just floats to the surface!

It really doeas work and i should know as i have to do it every time my other half manages to sneak past me into the kitchen and try her own unique version of cooking! Everything comes well done!

Tip before buying stainless steel pans always ask to look at them first and gauge them without the lid on for weight, the heavier the better, those with glass lids on seem to weigh a lot until you take the lid off and then very often with the cheaper ones they are lightweight and low quality! A good heavy set will literally last you a lifetime and are worth spending that bit extra on in the first place!

I always use stainless steel hate the way no stick ones damage so easily & the black stuff ends up coming off, I never have problems with sticking, and they come up like new in the dishwasher. Only thing i do have thats non stick is a small frying fan for pancakes & fried eggs!

great pan set am very tempted..voted hot!!

I don't like the look of those metal handles, metal conducts heat very well and they're going to get awfuly hot after an hour of sitting on a hob. It would be very easy to forget and pick it up then burn your hand on it, then you're going to drop it and the contents. No thank you.

will they really burn you? ive reserved a set - not too sure now, dont want to burn me mitts off!

good discount thanks cat :)

Bought one of the 4 piece sets for the other half and she loves it. Handles get a bit warm but women seem to have asbestos hands anyway.
The set pictured seems to have 2 frypans not one.
regards Mick
