Actually have an older (blue) one of these and it was perfect for removing an unfortunate pheasant from my radiator and the wife says it's excellent for cleaning the oven.

Always tempted but never sure, what can you use these on? Will they help kill mildew in a shower?

Not sure if George would be happy.

Can use on showers, baths, sinks, ovens, worktops, most fabrics, metal, etc.

We (well the wife) use it on our shower and have no mildew!

It might be a saving on "normal" price, but buying direct from Morphy Richards it is available for £35.74 including delivery. So still a saving but in effect £3.25 (10% not 50 %). Possible operational problems.

All I would say is that the Morphy Richards steamer we bought 4 years ago is still going strong!

hot from me, ive got the older blue one and its brill! when we moved into this house the dirty **** we bought it off hadnt cleaned ever by the looks of some places, the steamer got rid of all the slime, mold, soap scum from the showers and bath, the god knows what around the toilets, steam cleaned the carpets ( that was hard work on your knees) and in the built in over that had never ever seen a wet cloth! i paid around £58 or so about 6 years ago and its still going strong.

Consumerism.... great isn't it?

I bought one of these about 9 months ago and they're brilliant. Completely cleans the bathroom and kitchen in no time.
#15
I'm beginning to feel "seduced" into buying one of these...
#16
Have any of you used one instead of a iron to iron your clothes? and was it any good? Thanks

Price has gone to £40. I actually ordered one yesterday but cancelled after reading the reviews (should of read them first) tiny machine. Not good for carpets.

You can still order through amazon, but says 1-2 months.

you can used them on fabric furniture, do not use on leather, wool, silk. i used it on our carpets when we moved in cos they stunk, they cleaned up lovely, its a back breaker and took forever, but far cheaper then the carpet steamers you see on tv. its pretty good in the oven, use the tiny brush it comes with if its ground on dirt, same for the bathroom, brill for shower screens, windows even fabric blinds.
its ok to freshen clothes couldnt do the ironing with it though.
hope that helps guys

this isnt expired... its available in more buying options

This is £32.49 again. Can you use it on laminate floors? (probably not but worth asking). Ebay has a morphyrichards shop, if anyone wants it, they have graded ones.

From reading around, the pressure isn't very much, 1 bar! Might be worth it at the £22.99 price, though. The reviews on Argos/Amazon seem to be hit and miss.
