  Be careful with these things, they are dangerous when used in detatched mode. The brush continues to spin and easily sucks up the cable. In a matter of seconds the cable will fray and the motor will blow up.

  ive had this model for a couple of years now and its the best hoover ive ever had! beats the dyson hands down. as awastedyouth says be careful with the power cord getting sucked up in the brushes .

  Had this a few years and found that the belts seem to break quite easily,although you can get a couple of replacements from Ebay for a few quid.The vacuum itself was pretty good though.
