I can recommend this one:

Its a similar capacity but only £14.95. I know "Cookworks" sounds a bit rubbish but it looks just fine and works as well as any other.

Ive used a slow cooker for years, but only done braising steak, spag bol & chilli in it. However I cant recommend Katie Bishops slow cooker recipe books enough. I picked one up at the library, and usually I find 4/5 recipes and so photocopy and hand back, but in one of her books I found over 25 recipes which I fancied and so I bought both of her books from amazon for just under £11. Ive made 2/3 recipes each week, and so far have tried ham hocks in cola, lamb massaman curry, easy mushroom & parm ham lasagne, long & luscious tomato sauce, black bean gumbo, italian sausage & red wine ragout, mixed mushrooms on toast, blueberry & lime loaf cake. Im even going to have a go making cheesecake. These books have really opened my eyes to the versatiliy of my slow cooker, and really take the stress out of having tea ready each night when we all need to eat at diff times.
